What is AtomC?
AtomC is our mobile AI assistant app available for iOS and Android. It connects to the COALS AI service and provides a chat interface for getting help with coding, writing, analysis, and more. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by visiting the password reset page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to create a new password.
How do I manage my subscription or credits?
Log in to your account and visit the Billing page to manage your subscription, update payment methods, or purchase credits. You can also view your usage history and remaining balance from the Credits page.
Can I use COALS services on multiple devices?
Yes! Your COALS account works across all our products and platforms. Use the same account for AtomC mobile, CoalCode CLI, and the web dashboard. Your credits and subscription are shared across all devices.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
We love hearing from our users! Send bug reports or feature requests to feedback@coals.ai. Please include as much detail as possible, including the product you're using, steps to reproduce the issue, and any screenshots if applicable.
